no pain during the day and so I decided to try the workout. Wu to falcon gorge for mystery whistle hills but by the time I got there my calf was feeling tight and my knee was starting to hurt too so I ran back and did it on tinge bikes. Can I just say HARDEST BIKE WO OF MY LIFE! But it was really good, 20secs on 10secs off x8 then 4min rest then repeat the whole thing twice. I was sweating so bad and my legs were on fire but honestly it felt good to be able to push myself that hard. Abs :)
